SHIPPING METHOD AND FEES

We are excited to offer international shipping with our premier shipping partners including DHL, UPS etc. to 220 countries.

Free international shipping will be offered for any orders of USD $100 or above, after discounts are applied. Orders under USD $100 will be subject to a shipping fee according to your shipping destination.

TAX AND CUSTOMS DUTY

Selected countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the product price. If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

The estimated duty and tax rates provided include the estimation of duties, sales taxes and other additional taxes and are for reference only. Our courier will contact you locally with details of any import duty or additional handling charges you may have to pay. For further details, please contact your local customs office. Product prices, taxes and duties (if applicable) and shipping fees are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched. Please click here to track the status of your delivery by signing into your account.

INSURANCE

All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Caty to your shipping address. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we need your signature as the proof of delivery for all orders. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, the package is no longer covered.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIME

Orders are usually filled and shipped within 7-10 business days of purchase. Processing time for orders from Personalized Collections may take up to 30 business days. You can check your invoice or the product page to see the production time.

PAYMENT METHOD

The final price will be charged in your selected currency. We currently offer secure one-step checkout via Visa, Masters, Alipay and PayPal for all international orders. By placing an order using one of the above Credit/Debit cards and online payment methods, you confirm that the Credit/Debit card(s), Alipay or PayPal account used is valid and authorized for use. If payment is not authorized, you must contact your card issuer directly.

WARRANTY POLICY

WARRANTY

Your purchase with Caty Style includes a free 1 year service warranty, which covers repair, size adjustment and replacement of parts. Caty Style reserves the rights to charge on specific replacement or more complicated repair requests.

EXCHANGE

Based on stock availability, you can exchange your purchased items for a different size. If you wish to exchange for an alternative product, we suggest you return it for a store credit, and then purchase the new item separately.

RETURN

Caty Style offers a flexible 14 day no-questions-asked return policy to make your online shopping experience smooth, easy and worry-free. Just like shopping in our boutiques, Caty Style accepts unworn merchandise with the full set of tag(s), original packaging and gift with purchase (if any) within 14 days of the shipping date. All qualified orders will get a full refund or credit.

All International orders need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. To obtain an RMA code, send an email to wecare@catystyle.com with your name, order number, and the item you’ll be returning. You will receive a return address together with your RMA code. It is recommended that you buy insurance for the delivery. Caty is not responsible for any lost return packages.

Customers are also responsible for any delivery or transportation fee incurred when returning items to us. Please note that Caty Style does not offer free shipping for returns, repairs or exchange.

TIME TO PROCESS REFUNDS

As soon as we receive your returned items, we will process your refund promptly. You will see your refund payment after approximately 30 business days. The exact time varies, depending on your issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

FINAL SALES ITEMS

Final Sales Items, which are marked on product pages, cannot be returned or exchanged. The C.A.P code and other promotion offers are not applicable for purchasing final sales items.

PERSONALIZED COLLECTION

Custom-made personalized pieces are made to order and non-returnable.

PROMOTION CODE

Promotion codes are non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative.

GIFT WITH PURCHASE

Gifts with purchase are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash alternative.

COLORS OF PRODUCTS

Caty Style has made every effort to display our products in the most accurate colors and proportions on the website. We have applied only a minimal level of retouching for all product photos. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the product color displayed on your monitor.
